Listings - Nicholas Rimmer
Nick graduated with a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2011. While in law school he clerked for the American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico and worked as a research assistant for Professor James W. Ellis, lead counsel on Atkins v. Virginia, 536 U.S. 304 (2002).
Nick enjoys trial practice and has served as first chair for jury trials in Tierra Amarilla, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Las Cruces. He takes the development of trial skills seriously and can often be found at the courthouse observing veteran trial lawyers.
