NLG members Ashlee Albies, Jessie Merrithew and Michael Fuller, all highly experienced litigators, spoke to a group of about twenty people composed of lawyers and law students. The panel went over strategies for constructing a Section 1983 civil rights or state law tort case. Each share shared the first steps they take after accepting the case and filing suit.
