Emma Caterine

Emma Caterine is the NextGeneration Co-Chair and a student at CUNY School of Law in Queens, New York. She has been involved in the 15 Now campaign, Black & Pink, and the many actions on May Day and October 22nd that have occurred over the past few years, both in Richmond, Virginia and in New York City. Her work experience includes Sylvia Rivera Law Project and Red Umbrella Project. She co-authored, with Audacia Ray, the first public report on the New York Human Trafficking Intervention Courts, called "Criminal, Victim, or Worker?" She has written for the Feminist Wire, RH Reality Check, and Truthout on issues ranging from cat-calling to Bernie Sanders and socialism.
