Meeting Request Form
If your Committee/Chapter or other entity needs meeting space at the convention in addition to regular convention activities and meetings (see Tentative Schedule)*, please complete this form and return to Hiedi Simon, Convention Coordinator at email@example.com no later than August 4, 2014.
*Note: All main convention activities have been accounted for. This includes: Major Panels, Workshops, Plenaries, Annual Receptions, the Thursday Keynote and the Friday Luncheon, Regional Meetings, Anti-Racism/TUPOCC training, and the Next Gen, Legal Worker, Student, Solo Practitioner, Queer and Marxism & the Law Caucuses. This form is to request space for any additional meetings that have not been scheduled.
