SEATTLE - Seattle Police are raising safety concerns ahead of Friday's annual tree lighting ceremony and other holiday festivities at Westlake Center.

They are warning shoppers and families that protesters could crash the party again this year after online fliers began circulated calling for a 'Black Lives Matter' protest on the same day.

Last year, a similar protest forced Westlake Center to close early on Black Friday.
