Aliya Karmali is the co-chair of the NLG Anti-Sexism Committee, along with Stephanie Morin. She graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2009 with a public interest certificate, and is now pursuing human rights work at Justice Now in Oakland in the fields of racial and reproductive justice for people in California women's prisons.
