The National Executive Committee (NEC) is the board of directors for the National Lawyers Guild. It serves to coordinate the wide variety of activities undertaken by Guild chapters, committees and projects. The NEC is comprised of active guild members. Board membership is determined by election at the Guild's annual convention.
