The NLG's Annual #Law4ThePeople Convention will take place in New York City, Wednesday, August 3 - Sunday, August 7, 2016! Join hundreds of legal professionals, scholars and activists for five days of interactive CLEs, workshops, and panels by members of the oldest and most progressive public-interest bar association in the country!
Programming will be announced this Spring. In the meantime, check out the schedule, CLE materials, and more from #Law4thePeople 2015 in Oakland, CA.
Co-sponsored by the NYU School of Law Public Interest Law Center*, the event will be held at NYU School of Law, with air-conditioned accommodations available in nearby NYU dormitories at Founder's Hall in the heart of Greenwich Village, Manhattan.
*Current NYU Law students and 2016 graduates will receive free convention registration.
Dorm room rates per person:
- Double (shared): $60/night
- Single (private): $88/night
NOTE: Dormitory occupancy is limited to persons 18 years of age or older. Bathrooms are shared by two rooms in a suite. Hotel options will be available.
